Definitions

In these Terms, unless the context requires otherwise, the following terms have the meanings set out below:

Eligibility

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account or use any mpo33 service. By creating an account, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement. mpo33 enforces this requirement strictly and may request proof of age documentation at any time. Any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be voided, and any Real Funds deposited will be returned to the original payment method where technically feasible.

2.2 Residency and Jurisdiction

The mpo33 platform is operated primarily for players who are residents of Indonesia and who prefer to engage with an English-language international gaming platform. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not prohibited for personal use, and that you take sole responsibility for determining the legality of your participation under the laws applicable to you.

2.3 Capacity to Contract

You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction. You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order from mpo33 or any other gaming platform at the time of registration. If you are a politically exposed person (PEP) or are subject to international sanctions, you may not register an account.

Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To register a mpo33 account, you must provide a unique username, a valid and accessible email address, a mobile phone number, and a password. You must ensure all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and current. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms.

3.2 One Account Per Member

Each individual person is permitted to hold one mpo33 account only. Operating more than one account — whether under the same or different personal details — is prohibited. Where mpo33 identifies duplicate accounts belonging to the same individual, it reserves the right to merge balances, suspend one or both accounts, and void any bonus funds or winnings associated with the duplicate account.

3.3 Account Accuracy

You are responsible for keeping your account information accurate and up to date. If your email address, phone number, or payment details change, you must update your account profile promptly. mpo33 will not be held liable for any delays or losses arising from outdated account information.

3.4 Account Verification

mpo33 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point during your membership. Registration does not guarantee full account access until any verification requirements mpo33 deems necessary have been satisfied. See Clause 9 (Identity Verification) for full details.

Account Security

4.1 Credential Responsibility

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your mpo33 username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorised that activity. mpo33 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account arising from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

4.2 Suspicious Activity

If you suspect that your mpo33 account has been accessed without your authorisation, or that your credentials have been compromised, you must notify mpo33 support immediately via live chat or email. mpo33 may temporarily suspend your account during investigation to protect your funds.

4.3 mpo33 Staff Will Never Request Your Password

mpo33 customer support agents — whether via live chat, email, or any other channel — will never ask you for your account password. Any communication purporting to be from mpo33 that requests your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to mpo33 immediately.

Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Supported Payment Methods

mpo33 supports deposits and withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, OCBC NISP, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). mpo33 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion at any point.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit on mpo33 is Rp 10.000. The maximum single-transaction deposit is Rp 50.000.000. Daily aggregate deposit limits may apply and are communicated within the account banking section after login. mpo33 reserves the right to adjust deposit limits at its discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes as set out in Clause 10.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted by verified mpo33 members are processed within 3 to 15 minutes of submission, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all Indonesian public holidays. Processing times may occasionally extend during periods of exceptionally high transaction volume. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. mpo33 does not charge a fee for standard withdrawals.

5.4 Withdrawal to Matching Payment Method

mpo33 requires that withdrawals be processed to the same bank account or e-wallet used for the corresponding deposit wherever technically possible, as a standard anti-money-laundering (AML) control. mpo33 may request additional documentation before processing a withdrawal to a new payment method.

5.5 Source of Funds

By depositing funds into your mpo33 account, you confirm that the funds are sourced legitimately, that they are your own funds, and that their use for online gaming is not prohibited under any applicable law or obligation binding on you. mpo33 reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML and KYC obligations.

Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Conditions

All bonuses, promotions, cashback offers, free bets, and other incentives offered by mpo33 are subject to specific terms published at the time of the offer, including wagering requirements, minimum odds, eligible games, maximum bet sizes while a bonus is active, and expiry dates. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the promotion-specific terms take precedence for that promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum of twenty times (20x) the bonus amount before any withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted. Wagering must be completed within the time limit specified for each promotion. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated period results in automatic forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and any associated winnings.

6.3 Maximum Bet with Active Bonus

While a Bonus is active in your account, the maximum permissible single bet or wager is Rp 200.000 or 10% of the remaining bonus balance, whichever is lower, unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and all associated winnings.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

mpo33 takes bonus integrity seriously. Bonus abuse includes — but is not limited to — registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses more than once, using low-risk or risk-free wagering strategies designed to convert bonus funds without genuine gameplay, and coordinating with other Members to exploit promotional conditions. Where mpo33 detects or reasonably suspects bonus abuse, it reserves the right to void bonus funds, void associated winnings, and suspend or close the account.

6.5 Withdrawal of Real Funds with Active Bonus

If you request a withdrawal of Real Funds while a Bonus is active and wagering requirements have not been met, mpo33 may cancel the Bonus (and any winnings derived from it) before processing the Real Funds withdrawal. You will be notified of this action within the withdrawal process.

Betting & Gaming Rules

7.1 Acceptance of Bets

All bets, wagers, and game plays on the mpo33 platform are accepted subject to available funds in your Account Balance at the time of placement. mpo33 reserves the right to set maximum win limits, restrict markets, or decline bets at its discretion without providing a reason.

7.2 Errors and Obvious Mistakes

In the event of a technical error, pricing error, or manifest mistake resulting in an incorrect bet being accepted or an incorrect payout being made, mpo33 reserves the right to void the affected bets and correct the Account Balance accordingly. mpo33 will notify affected Members where possible.

7.3 Match Results and Outcomes

For sportsbook bets, results are settled according to official results published by the relevant governing body — including FIFA, EPL, BRI Liga 1 (PSSI), La Liga, Serie A, and other applicable authorities. For casino games and slots, game outcomes are determined by Certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems operated by licensed game providers. For togel (traditional Indonesian numbers lottery) markets, results are based on official draw data from the relevant togel operator.

7.4 Mix Parlay Rules

Mix parlay (multi-leg accumulator) bets on mpo33 require a minimum of two selections. If any selection in a mix parlay is voided (e.g., due to match abandonment), the bet continues with the remaining selections at adjusted odds. If all non-voided selections win, the bet is settled as a winner. Specific mix parlay rules for each sport are available within the sportsbook section after login.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the mpo33 platform and constitute a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one account or accessing the platform on behalf of another person without written authorisation from mpo33.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to access, play, or bet on the platform without express written permission from mpo33.
• Colluding with other Members to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, match fixing, or any form of cheating, fraud, or deception.
• Attempting to exploit software vulnerabilities, game errors, or pricing mistakes in bad faith.
• Laundering money or using the mpo33 platform to process funds derived from illegal activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification.
• Accessing the platform using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to disguise your true location where such use is intended to circumvent geographic restrictions or platform policies.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing mpo33 staff or other Members via any communication channel.

Identity Verification (KYC)

9.1 When KYC Is Required

mpo33 may require identity verification (KYC) before processing any withdrawal, before crediting a bonus, or at any other point during your membership as required by mpo33's internal compliance obligations. KYC requirements become mandatory no later than when cumulative withdrawals reach Rp 10.000.000 or when required by mpo33's risk assessment processes.

9.2 Acceptable KYC Documents

mpo33 may request one or more of the following documents as part of the KYC process:

• Government-issued photo identification (KTP, SIM, or valid passport).
• Proof of residential address (bank statement, utility bill, or government correspondence dated within 90 days).
• Proof of payment method (photo of the bank card or e-wallet screenshot showing the Member's name).
• A selfie photograph holding the submitted ID document.

9.3 Consequences of Non-Compliance

If a Member fails to provide requested KYC documentation within 14 calendar days of the request, mpo33 reserves the right to suspend withdrawal access until the documentation is provided and verified. If documentation is not provided within 60 days, or if the documentation provided reveals that the Member is ineligible under Clause 2, mpo33 may close the account and, where legally permissible, return Real Funds to the original deposit source minus any administrative costs.

Responsible Gaming

mpo33 is committed to promoting responsible gaming. The following tools are available to all Members directly from their account dashboard after login:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits. Reductions take effect immediately; increases require a 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum continuous session duration, after which your account will be automatically logged out.
• Loss Limits: Set a maximum amount you are willing to lose within a specified period.
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily restrict access to your account for a period of 24 hours to 90 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the mpo33 platform. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours and are irrevocable for the stated period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the mpo33 platform — including but not limited to the brand name "mpo33", the logo, website design, user interface elements, game graphics, text, and software — is the intellectual property of mpo33 or its licensed providers. Nothing in these Terms grants you any licence or right to use, copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any mpo33 intellectual property without prior written consent.

Game content on the mpo33 platform is provided under licence from third-party game studios including Pragmatic Play, PG Soft, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, and others. These game providers retain all intellectual property rights in their respective game content.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, mpo33 excludes all liability for:

• Any losses arising from your participation in games or betting markets on the platform, including the loss of Real Funds wagered.
• Interruptions to platform availability due to technical failures, maintenance, or circumstances beyond mpo33's reasonable control.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your credentials.
• Any indirect, consequential, special, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the mpo33 platform.
• Errors in odds, game results, or payouts that are subsequently corrected in accordance with Clause 7.2 of these Terms.

mpo33's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single event or series of related events shall not exceed the value of the Real Funds balance held in that Member's account at the time of the event giving rise to the claim.

Suspension & Termination

13.1 Termination by the Member

You may close your mpo33 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Pending bonus obligations and active bets must be resolved before account closure can be finalised. Any remaining Real Funds balance will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of any applicable KYC process.

13.2 Suspension or Closure by mpo33

mpo33 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member account without prior notice in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Failure to complete required KYC verification.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or prohibited conduct as described in Clause 8.
• The Member being found to be under 21 years of age.
• A court order or other lawful instruction requiring mpo33 to do so.
• Operational or compliance requirements determined by mpo33 at its sole discretion.

13.3 Effect of Termination

Upon account closure, all Bonus Funds and associated winnings are forfeited. Real Funds balances will be returned to the Member subject to completed KYC and the absence of any fraud, bonus abuse, or legal hold on the account. mpo33 may withhold Real Funds where required by law or ongoing investigation.

Amendments to These Terms

mpo33 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Members via email or via a prominent notice on the platform no less than 7 calendar days before the amended Terms take effect, except where the amendment is required to comply with an immediate legal or regulatory obligation, in which case the change may take effect without prior notice.

Your continued use of the mpo33 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Clause 13.1.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the jurisdiction in which mpo33 is licensed and operated. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through mpo33's internal dispute resolution process shall be referred to binding arbitration under internationally accepted arbitration rules.

Nothing in this clause limits mpo33's right to seek urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or prevent irreparable harm pending resolution of a dispute.
